I've led teams through architecture transformations, championed AI and automation tooling before it was mainstream, built scalable serverless systems from scratch, and repeatedly turned ambiguous engineering challenges into reliable, maintainable products. I've also learned how to navigate organizations — managing upward, driving clarity where there was none, and building the kind of trust that lets teams actually ship.
